Its been especially bad lately as i have been flooded with ideas for my punk trivecta series. Steampunk, cyberpunk and mergepunk (my invention). Im fully invested in all three series as they are connected in my extended universe which makes it worse 😄.
I have Steampunk sequels to write (one I started in 2016), as well as the crime and sci-fi ideas bouncing around in my head. It all gets a bit overwhelming at times.
Ive been in a bit of a similar rut. I posted a roadmap not long ago, and ive only achieved about forty percent of where i should be by now.
I have plots coming out of my ears and scribbled notes. If only real life didn't get in the way so much.
Tell me about it, my poor phone has about twenty pages of notes on it, due to my brains randomly, often poorly timed narrative epiphanies 😄
Yes, I get that. I brought a dictaphone to record my thoughts while out walking. That's now bulging, too.
Progress is progress no matter how you look at it. There’s magic in your words so keep on going and the sales will grow.
That's true about progress. I have plans; all I need is time and a lack of distraction. Thank you for those kind words. It's encouraging to hear.
